Well, today is December 23rd and we are still alive.  That's a good thing.  My son spent the night Thursday and all day Friday with me and then spent the night again Friday night.  I guess that was just in case the world ended during the night.  He is much more calm now and one good thing that came out of it is he is going to church with me again.  He said he's very grateful that he is still alive.  So am I.

Autism and Bullying

One of the things that breaks my heart with my son is watching him deal with stress and anxiety over things that I have no control over.  This Friday is Dec. 21st.  It is the last day of the ancient Mayan calendar and supposedly the end of the world.  This has him freaked out.  We went through this before when the man from Arizona predicted the end and I thought it would be comforting for him because the earth wasn't destroyed but he is still nervous and on edge.  He lives next door to us and he plans on spending the night Thursday at our house and he is even going to work with me all day Friday.  I reassure him daily that nothing is going to happen and every night he asks me to pray for him.  I can't wait for Saturday to be here.

I spent a fabulous weekend in Las Vegas learning all about healthy hydration and nutrition at the Liv International training.  Thank you to everyone who helped me learn about this great business.  I haven't been able to get my son to drink the Green 2o and I got several good tips on how to help him drink it. Several people have had success with their products and kids with autism.  And if you have any success stories dealing with diet and nutrition I need all the help I can get.  He would live on pizza and Cool Ranch Doritos if I would let him.
